Energy Smart Boost Program

Energy Smart Eastside is committed to supporting an equitable transition to clean energy. The Energy Smart Boost Program offers funds to cover 100% of heat pump installation costs. Eligibility is limited to residents with household income below 80% of King County area median income (AMI). This program is jointly funded by the Cities and a grant from the Washington State University Community Energy Efficiency Program. The grant has been awarded, and Boost Program applications will be accepted pending completion of the grant contract.
