Our Incentives

Energy Smart Eastside has special rebates for residents of Bellevue, Issaquah, Kirkland, Mercer Island, Redmond, and Sammamish. These rebates can be combined with other utility and federal incentives for thousands of dollars in savings on heat pumps.

Want to understand how to combine all incentives? Get Started.

$6,000 Fuel Switch Rebate

Available to Eastside residents from participating cities who switch from a natural gas, propane, oil, or wood heat source to a Mitsubishi, Bryant or Carrier heat pump, and whose income is under 150% of area median income. The Fuel Switch rebate cannot be combined with the $1000 Mitsubishi, Carrier or Bryant rebate. See if you qualify.

$1000 Mitsubishi, Carrier or Bryant Rebate

Available to all Eastside residents who purchase a Mitsubishi, Bryant or Carrier heat pump from a contractor on our installer list, and who are not already receiving the Fuel Switch Rebate.

Boost Program

Our Boost Program fully covers the cost of a heat pump and installation for Eastside residents from participating cities with a household income below 80% of area median income, and whose primary heat source is currently natural gas, oil, wood or propane. Funding for the Boost Program is limited, and enrollment is open 1-2 times per year.
